WE NEED POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO DEVELOP GHANA NOT RESOURCES - Educate Ghana Summit Boss.

WE NEED POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO DEVELOP GHANA NOT RESOURCES - Educate Ghana Summit  Boss.

The embezzlement of state resources, vigilantism, bribery and corruption, poor road network, road accidents, improper disposal of waste, the partisan politics, victimization, tribalism, embracing of inappropriate policies etc. All these social canker will cease  and pave way for massive development when you and I have attitudinal change.

Positive attitude is a state of mind that envisions and expects favorable results. The willingness to try doing new things. The belief that everything would turn all right. It is an attitude that helps you see the good in people. Positive attitude means positive thinking. It is optimism and maintaining a positive mindset. It is a mental attitude that focuses on the bright side of life

Resources: a stock or supply of money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively. In other words, resources are materials, energy, services, knowledge, or other assets that are transformed to produce benefit and in the process may be consumed or made unavailable.

The greatest discovery of any generation is that a human that can alter his life by altering his attitude.
It's said that "a bad attitude is like a flat tyre if you don't change it, you will never go anywhere".

Ghana has everything that a country supposed to have but our evil attitude and mentality have redirect Ghana's breakthrough. There are natural resources, renewable and non-renewable ones. Also, human resources(knowledge) are in abundance. We have the degrees, doctorate etc but our attitude is purely negative. We really need positive attitude to manage it to yield economic development and financially freedom. We need positive attitude to bring transformation in our country.

Moreover, the kind of negative attitude we portray towards our work too is with questions. Lateness to work, office sex, favoritism, nepotism, victimization, tribalism, political gymmics, bribery and corruption, social media attention etc.

Mr. Boadi is of the view that, the economic hardship, bribery and corruption, lack of equipment in our hospitals, road accidents, poor performance in schools, kidnapping, teenage pregnancy, littering of environment, child abuse etc will not end until we change our negative attitude to a positive attitude.

In the area of vigilantism, everyone is against it , what is our attitude towards it, we allowed ourselves for politicians to use us as machinery to cause havoc because of the peanut we received. We must think about Ghana first.

It's often very sad you see projects championed by the previous government but the ruling government will not continue it , the reason being that the credit will be given to his opponent meanwhile the project will be of beneficial to the citizens and the nation, we are have left those state funds that have been invested into it goes wasted.

Party communicators have been trained to paint their opponents black even when they know their opponents are doing the right thing. Just to yield political points for his party.

Government making policies that will enable a party to remain in power for long and to favor party members but not the ordinary citizens.

Let us all have an attitudinal change to transform Ghana and make it great and strong. A great scholar once said "attitude is everything"

I am a citizen not a spectator.
