Educate Ghana Summit Approved Constitution 

      PREAMBLE 

A good citizen is some who respects others and their property. He/She is helpful and considerate, willing to put others first. He/She listens to the views of others and thinks about what they have to say. He/She helps people who are not in a position to help themselves. And government on other hand is never for one man since we are all sitting in a common boat. 

Also, education is sometimes viewed as a prerequisite to a good citizenship, in that it helps citizens to make good decisions and deal with demagogues who would delude them. 

Therefore, Ghana as a nation and its education in the new millennium has reached a stage which calls for support from all quarters now. 

Last but non, Educate Ghana Summit has responded to the calls from the above because decision making is not a one-man show. 

  Name

The name of the group shall be Educate Ghana Summit.

a.    Vision

       Building a standard Ghana through education.

b.   Mission

      The 360° development of education in Ghana. 

Objectives

To educate the general public thoroughly on current government policies and developmental issues. 

To petition government positively and provide contributions towards nation building. 

To petition the government on pupils and teachers welfare. 

To suggest innovative, practical and entrepreneurship oriented educational policies.

To provide impartial (non-partisan) opinions on political issues confronting Ghana.

To make rules and standing orders for categories of members and their rights.

To bring back parents into the educational spotlight. 

To organise meetings, training courses and educative events for the youth. 

To take any action that is lawful, which would help it to fulfil its aims.

To provide support and see to its welfare contributors. 

Membership

Membership of Educate Ghana Summit shall be open to anyone who is interested in helping the organization to achieve its aim and willing to abide by the rules of the group.

Every member shall have one vote at general meetings.

Base on the CEO/Founder's decision, the Management Committee shall have the power to refuse membership to an applicant, where it is considered such membership would be detrimental to the aims, or activities of the group.

Dismissal of a member of the organization shall be the sole responsibility of the C. E. O/Founder.

Registration and termination of membership.

Any member of the organization may resign his/her membership and any representative of a member organisation or section may resign such position, by giving to the secretary of the organization TWO months written notice to that effect.

Anyone who wants to be part of Educate Ghana Summit shall fill a membership form and register with an amount of Gh50.00 only. 

The Management Committee may, by resolution passed at a meeting thereof, terminate or suspend the membership of any member after consulting.
