Dirty Money. Paper money can reportedly carry more germs than a household toilet. And bills are a hospitable environment for gross microbes: viruses and bacteria can live on most surfaces for about 48 hours, but paper money can reportedly transport a live flu virus for up to 17 days. Don't panic at all, is the matter of keeping it clean.

My dear country men and women, let's adopt the habit of keeping our own cedi clean by using wallets, aprons, purses, bags etc. Because, research conducted shows that Bank of Ghana spends over 3 billion monthly to replace the mutilated currency notes. Meanwhile, our hospitals are lacking beds and equipments for treatments.
